All this is possible through our Washington Photo Safari Group Program, where we tailor a special photo excursion to your group’s needs and interests, on a date convenient to your organization.

Group Safaris range from a minimum of 6 to 75 people, with a dedicated professional photographer-instructor for every 20 persons attending, and attractive discounts as the group gets larger. Participating groups have included the Washington DC Convention and Tourism Corp., PGI-Washington Inc., the National Spelling Bee, the U.S. Capitol Historical Society, the OASIS, Capitol Services Inc., the Arlington Convention, and Visitor Service.
Washington Photo Safari is a member agency of the Washington DC Convention and Tourism Corporation, and it is directed by architectural photographer E. David Luria, ASMP, AIAP
An advance deposit of 50% of the fee is required to hold the reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds:
If the group cancels, the following refunds will be made by Washington Photo Safari:
- More than 60 days prior to event: refund of 75% of the deposit
- 30-59 days prior to event: refund of 50% of the deposit
- 15-29 days prior to event: refund of 25% of the deposit
- 0-14 days prior to event: no refund
